NEP 2020 syllabus

                The Department of English, Namrup College caters to the academic growth of each and every student of the institution. It also tries to develop the all round personality by giving informal lectures on public speaking, time management, creative writing and value based aspects. The department, from time to time provides Certificate Course for Spoken English through which many students have benefited. The department also has a language laboratory under the UGC scheme which helps in the Spoken English course. The department has moulded many students to excellence to achieve First Class marks through the years. It has also seen students in the Top 10 list of the university. The faculty of the department tries its best to act as a friend, philosopher and guide for the students, with the motto 'Our students, our pride'.
