Namrup College Teachers and Staff Sanchaya Samabai Somity Ltd
The Namrup College Teachers & Staff Sanchya Samabai Samity Ltd (NCT&SSSS Ltd) was formed in the year 1995 with a vision to provide financial security as well as benefit to the employees of Namrup college by encouraging the habit of savings. The society is registered under Assistant Register of Co-operative Societies of Dibrugarh, Government of Assam by Registration No. D-02 OF 1995-96.
The society financially supports its members by providing loan in two categories. The General Loan are provided to the members at the time of their major occasions like marriage, house construction, buying car, motorcycle, medical treatment etc and the loan amount is up to ₹5,000,00.00 (₹ Five Lakhs) at the 8% rate of interest. On the other hand, to meet the expenditures occurring during emergency situation, the members of the society can avail financial assistance in the form of Emergency loan up to ₹100,000.00(Rupees One Lakhs) at 10% interest rate.
Based upon the annual profit of the society, each member of the society enjoy special annual gift. Apart from the gift, the members also get the interest amount which is based upon their total savings amount every year at the rate 6% per annum. Each and every member can save their contribution ranging from ₹500.00 to ₹5000.00 per month towards NCT&SSSS Ltd.
The Executive committee of NCT&SSSSLtd., consist of President, Secretary, and 13 executive members. At present there are 43 members in the society.
